Area Information |
| The house is more or less situated on a peninsula. So only local traffic to other villas. On 8 minutes walking you will find a shopping centre, a sport centre for both in- and outdoor. A superb infrastructure provides access to Amsterdam in 30 minutes by train or car, 45 minutes to Germany and a bit more than 1 hour to Belgium.
Amersfoort is the cadestral centre of the Netherlands. It's centre is medieval. West and South of it are forest regions with some hills. North is a big lake with beach and water sport facilities Much possibilities to spend leisure time in nature. Biking facilities are excellent.
