The Finca is situated close to Palma de Mallorca. The main house is more than 100 years old, built in the typical mallorcan style, recently refurbished and renovated. The outer walls of the building are around 60 cm thick, all windows and doors are double-glazed. The house has central gas heating, 2 seperate air conditionings, warm and cold (1 in the bedroom on the ground floor, 1 in the living room). On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, with an en suite room (at present used as a closet), 1 bathroom with waxed walls, 1 living room, 1 dining room, an open american fully equipped kitchen, and the stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a gallery and various built-in closets. The total living space of the main house is approx. 180 square meters. The house also has a central warm water boiler (gas and electric) as well as a satellite dish. Next to the house there is a double garage.
The house is built on a 2700 square meters ground, very calm, with a beautiful mediterranean garden. There are various old trees planted in the garden, such as palms, lemons, apple, fig, almond and olives. The ground is completely immured and fenced. In front of the main house, a tiled terrace of around 150 square meters is placed. A small way leads through the garden and ist plants to the amazing and unusual pool (8x4m x 2,20m depth). The pool and its stairs are built of stones. The pool surrounding as well as the pool house, hosting all technical equipment, are built with natural stones.
On the forer ground a guest house is built. This caseta is approx. 65 square meters big, has 1 living room, 1 american kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. It has its own warm water therme and an own satellite dish and is equipped with 2 air conditionings (warm and cold).
Each, the main house and the guest house, have their own dry wells (Pozo negro). The ground has own water, collected in a cistern, there is no need to buy water! The costs of maintenance and additional charges are very low. House and guesthouse are connected to the public electricity, the main house is connected to the DSL cable net. Both, the finca and the house, are partly equipped.
The property has its own driveway, at the end of a dead-end-street. It is closed-up with an electric-driven gate.
