House will be build with German crio-technology - high technological construction engineering solutions in the form of separate thermo blocks. The thermo blocks are used both as shuttering leaves during the construction process and as double thermo, sound and sun radiation insulation. House could be made up to 300 sq. m based on project chosen from you. Everything will be done - bathrooms with Bulgarian materials chosen from you, sauna, BBQ, flooring and painting of inside and outside walls.
Groundfloor is about 80 sq.m. and includes living area with kitchen, bathroom, BBQ and big terrace.
First floor is about 100 sq.m. with master bedroom with own bathroom and 2 children bedrooms with communal bathroom.
Underground floor includes play room, storage and covered parking place. In the garden area - there is place for swimming pool and 2 more parking spaces.
If you are interested - we will sign a contract - you should pay 20 % when the contract is signed, 40 % on stage "Crude Structure" and by signing contract for sale the rest of the amount.
Building will be ready for 6 months after preparing permission documents for building.
