About this 4 - Maisonette
We're selling the villa as we're recently relocated, making the distance to this country house quite difficult. The property was constructed by ourselves (managing the process and vendors) for our usage, making the overall construction as solid and secure as possible. It is 13 years old and we recently repainted the exterior of the building.
Kithaironas is the mountain where Hercules in his 18th year was working as a sheperd. One day he cut an olive branch and made his mythical club with which he managed to kill the Kithaironas lion that was the terrorizing the area.

The property is located in Villia, Attika close to the Corinth Coast. It borders with the mythical mountain Kithaironas with the rich plantation and pine trees forest and the beautiful crustal clear waters of Porto Germenos, Psatha and Alepoxori.
