A magnificent house with a vista!  Uninterrupted views of the Carpathian mountains and farm fields, it is picturesque all the year round.  Purchased newly-built, just two years ago, it has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, large sitting room with wood burning stove, and sun terrace.  It has a luxury fitted kitchen with ample storage room, Bosch high level electric oven, gas hob with extractor hood, dish washer and a free standing refrigerator, solid oak worktop and cupboard doors/drawers.  There is an entrance hall, bathroom, boiler & utility room and a small, shelved larder off the kitchen.   There is also a basement and an attic.

Central heating is by piped Gas and/or Wood. There is also an additional wood burning stove in the living room and charcoal Barbeque in the garden.

There is also a sizeable attic, cellar and outside sun terrace with roller type sunblind.

Outside: The house has three balconies front and back, and is approached by a long drive, thus ensuring total privacy.  There is a large garden to the back and front, newly planted with fruit trees and flower borders, with a large expanse of ’wild garden’ for bird and butterfly watching.

Utilities: There is mains gas and electricity; there are a combi and/or wood burning boilers for central heating and hot water.

We have been using this property as a healing and teaching centre, providing high standard accommodation.  However it would be ideal for a small hotel or bed and breakfast, study centre or private nursing home.  There is plenty of scope for extending the property.  It is sold fully furnished and equipped for immediate occupancy. We now need to retire back to the UK.
