The cooker, hot water boiler and the fridge use LPG. The electric system is 12 and 220 Vote. The bay in front of the property is one of the most attractive places for underwater activities on the South coast. It is protected with underwater reef and any small boats or yachts on anchor will be safe in storm conditions.There are many trees growing in the yard- cypress, palm, olive, pomegranate, paradise apple, laurel, rosemary, peach, apple, plum, quince, meddler-trees, as well as 30 different wines from French and Bulgarian sorts. This part of the country - Strandja Nature reserve, has never been developed any industry, so the nature is kept all its beauty of herbs, mushrooms, wild life and fish. At the moment is building new electricity power line, water mains and asphalt road, which are 80m away from the entrance of the property and can be connected if you wish.
