Such is the stunning nature of this property it is difficult to know where to start. If you think it is impossible to find a quality villa set in an idyllic garden, worthy of a design award from Charlie Dimmock, but located on a Mediterranean island in the sun, then this property has to be seen to be believed. A reservoir, made to resemble a well, houses 20 cubic metres of water (obtained from pipes supplying cheap water to the farmers for the olive groves) which is used to run the integrated watering system for the garden. Concealed lighting on the natural stone wall and the water feature with its soothing sounds, turns this garden into a magical and romantic place after dark. Since the owner does not live in this house he has fitted a modern alarm system, although this is a very safe area, but does make it secure should this house be used as a holiday home.
