| We are located within 10 minutes walk of the town centre with its' mainline railway station providing direct access to London Victoria, Gatwick and Brighton. There are good schools and health care in the town centre. Lancing is great for bringing up children as it is bordered by the South Downs to the North and the sea to the South - both in walking distance. Lancing beach has easy access and offers miles of sand at low tide. There is a very active water sports community, with folk kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing throughout the year. Excellent public transport links mean that children can grow up to be independant and have access to the vibrant and diverse community events and music in nearby Brighton. |
