Even at this price, this will only clear our debt in Spain, leaving us far short of what we paid for the property in 2004, which will still leave us with further debt in the United Kingdom of $241,000.
Currently we have a mortgage with the Banesto bank, as advised by Raquel Perez (Our lawyer), a buyer can take over my current mortgage, currently we have an outstanding mortgage balance of around $388,000. This is for buyers not looking to set up a new mortgage deal with a bank or broker due to the current lending terms and conditions and amount been offered by banks and lenders.
