| I have a Townhouse based in Cancelada, Estepona in Southern Spain very close to Puerto Banus Marbella on the way up to Los Flamingos Golf Resort, the area to which the First Lady Michelle Obama and her daughters stayed on her current visit to Spain in August 2010, we are moving away to Canada by end of 2010 at the lastest January 2011, we are looking for a quick sale / permanent part exchange with no timewasters or dreamers ( already had 14 timewaster buyers), basically we are looking to clear what we owe in Spain.
The location of this property is fantastic, as area boasts 5 luxury hotels ranging from 4* and 5*, walking distance to the beach, near Los Flamingos golf course, schools, Cancelada village, tennis club, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, banks and fuel stations and easy access to the N340 to either Estepona or to Marbella all within a 15 minute drive. Also when the train is extended to Estepona one of the stops will be Cancelada allowing easy and quick transport all the way to Malaga airport with stops through Puerto Banus, Marbella etc (great for work, travelling and renting out this Townhouse)
I paid with the costs around $650,000 (no profit just what I paid), we are prepared to take a loss as we need to sell quickly as moving away . The lowest I can except to cover NET to me is $550,000.
Currently we have a mortgage with the Banesto bank, as advised by Raquel Perez (Our lawyer), a buyer can take over my current mortgage, currently we have an outstanding mortgage balance of around $388,000.
