When the night falls, Trogir is crowded with many people who want to go out, have a good dinner or just have fun in variety of bars.
The best restaurants in Trogir are located among the little streets in the city core. Even they are little hard to find, it worths searching for them. Fresh food, especially fish, prepared by the old dalmatian recipies, will make you come back tommorow and to try something else. Restaurants are mostly crowded and finding a free table, sometime is not an easy job.
Good food must me accompanied with a good drink. Dalmatian vines are top quality. Suitable location, very large amount of sunny days and low rain suit grapevine (known american sort zinfandel comes from this area - Kaštela) and the vine have very specific taste and smell.
