There is an exterior access door off the hallway, which leads out to a covered veranda which has good views to Castelo do Bode lake.

Off this veranda there is an external staircase which leads to a spacious attic. This attic has a wooden beamed roof and a concrete floor and could be converted into more living accommodation if required.
The house is set on a plot measuring 3,500 square metres and has good views over the countryside. There is a gravel drive to the house (approximately 300 metres) and there are some mature fruit trees. The property also has a large store room (40 square metres) which has been used as a garage.
