Stapenhill is a quiet suburb of Burton-Upon-Trent situated just a mile from the centre on the East side of the River Trent. The washlands on either side of the river provide a picturesque area for walks, picnics, football, cricket etc. Burton has a regular outdoor market (Thu-Sat) and a good selection of high street shops as well as all the major supermarkets. There is easy access to the major motorways (M43 - 9 miles, M1 - 15 miles, M6 35 miles) and Burton has good rail services to Birmingham, Derby and Nottingham.
