The house built on 3 levels (ground, mezzanine and first floor) in 1984 with a structure in reinforced concrete according a plan by construction engineer Thonet.
All shutters, doors and windows (inside as outside) were made from massive 'tibetu' wood by a traditional craftsman and are perfectly maintained. The inner and outer walls are covered with roughcast made from white marble powder and gravel manually applied. Excepted in the toilet and the bathroom, all floors are tiled with stoneware from Elba.
Alarm system with 6 channels, remote control, 2 outer alarms and wireless transmission.
A cellar of about 45m² closed by a massive iron door with three-point security lock.
A closed garage for two cars of around 25m².
Heating by GPL gas radiators and firewood in an enclosed glass-front heater (ca 17.000 Kcal/h) with forced air.
The total surface of the ground floor and the mezzanine is about 124m², the first floor about 55m².
