The clubhouse in Villas du Soleil will offer a restaurant, bar and café as well as 24 hour reception and security. Exclusive to the resort is a gymnasium and an indoor heated swimming pool for you to relax and unwind.
The Villas
76 villas with their own private pool on a plot of around 500 square metres, set within picturesque landscaped gardens. Inspired by a luxury Bedouin theme, the unique design of the villas includes exotic architectural features such as roof-top domes and Moroccan arches demonstrating an exquisite attention to detail.
Available in 4 styles; Verveine, Freesia, Zinnia and Lotus, the two and three bedroomed villas come with their own private solarium, garden and porch ideal for enjoying barbeques and al fresco dining. En-suite bathrooms and fully-fitted kitchens with Siemens appliances are provided with these spacious properties for extra comfort. Personalised variations such as fireplaces and built-in wardrobes are available.
All of the villas will be fitted with the finest luxury furniture, hot and cold air-conditioning, cream marble floors and satellite TV. Le Jardin de Fleur properties are built according to European standards and have a 10 year structural guarantee.
Club concept
A Hotel Operator will be appointed to manage the clubhouses and touristic rentals in all Le Jardin de Fleur resorts. Owners receive a club card allowing free membership and access to the amenities of all of the other resorts within the Le Jardin de Fleur group. Each of the 11 resorts features superb amenities including golf courses, sports facilities, swimming pools, integrated club houses, cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas. Restaurant bookings can be made at the clubhouse reception and the club card will also provide owners and guests with discounts on various activities within Mediterrania Saïdia such as golf, sailing and shopping (subject to the operator’s terms and conditions).
Payment Terms Villa prices range from ₤251,000 (€326,000) to ₤371,000 (€481,000). Properties can be reserved for a maximum of 14 days via an initial refundable holding deposit of ₤2000 or €3000 allowing time to either visit Mediterrania Saïdia or to buy site unseen. On exchange of contracts 20% of the purchase price is payable (less the initial holding deposit), then a second payment of 20% is due when construction commences (anticipated mid 2008), and the remaining balance of 60% is due on completion, estimated for mid 2010. |
