Floors will be made with reinforced concrete and will have 32 cm thickness. The indoor surface of the floors, will be in massive oak wood

Kitchen:  fully equiped kitchen with closets in bright colours and the Kitchen counter will be made of granit.

Each villa  has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with en suite, two fully fitted bathrooms. All bedrooms dispose of wardrobe
