we are not developers, just a couple looking for a quiet home. cash waiting. We are looking to buy something not necessarily large, but fairly remote, country lane, unmade rd for example. we are looking in the following areas - ACLE, MARTHAM, LODDON, STALHAM, HEMSBY, BECCLES BUNGAY, HALESWORTH, BURY ST MARGARET, WINTERTON OR NEARBY SURRONDING AREAS. we have cash waiting between 100,000 and 140,000 depending on amount of work needs doing. we don't mind if it lacks facilities, even missing a roof! If you have an old cottage or older style property standing there empty-consider this, as you could have cash in a fast transaction, no Agents fees, or auction fees. we are just looking for an old property which hasnt been modernised and spoilt. we want to try and retain the character of a norfolk property.
