Casa Selvella was a splendid brick building of historical interest (but not under the law of “le belle arti”) with 350sqms on 2 floors, typical tuscan-umbrian style arches. The house is giving direct access to a natural garden and nice woodland area of nearly 5000sqm in the lovely Tuscan/Umbrian countryside very close to Lake Trasimeno, and near to Montepulciano, Cortona and the Val di Chiana.

The project, maintaining all the original characteristics of the house, consists in two floors and optionally the basement, so that there are all until ca. 500 sqms. The project has already been improved and payed, and building work could commence quickly.

| The house sits 6 kms from the town of Castiglione del Lago, one of the most beautiful historic towns of Umbria, 2 kms from the tuscan border, and 2 kms of white road in good condition from the nice little village Gioiella, completely in Siena-brick, with post office, butcher, little supermarket and bar.
Casa Selvella sits at the crossroads between Tuscany and Umbria. It is 150kms north of Rome and 100kms south of Florence.
It is connected to the main railway network, on the Rome-Milan trunk route, through the station of Chiusi-Chianciano, 10kms away, and connected by bus to Gioiella. There are also regular bus connections to Rome, Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Perugia and to all the other main towns in Central Italy.
Also the tuscan coast is fine just for the day.
