The Masseria Murrieri Vecchio is located midway between Lecce (Salento - Puglia) and the Adriatic sea. The original buildings are disrupted and need to be substantially reconstructed. A permit has been given from the Town of Lizzanello, within its boundaries the property lays, to reconstruct the two buildings for a total amount of circa 550 sq/m. The Masseria is sold with circa 20.000 sq/m land, but up to a total of 150.000 sq/m can be sold. In this case the total price would be 550.000 euros. The landlord have demanded the City Council for an additional 10.000 sq/m building permit to create a hotel structure in the form of a traditional antique village made of circa 150 homes.
From the property both, the sea and the bell towers of lecce can be seen. The Acaja Golf course is at 6 km, while the WWF Cesine Oasis for nature and wildlife is at 5 km. The S. Cataldo tourism harbour is at 5 km and a private airport is at 3 km. The entire area used to be a wide olive growth of hundreds of hectares abandoned fo many decades; none remained. Still the paysage is enchanting and pure, and the opportunity to create a corner of paradise at hand is high.
