The Pearl-Qatar is one of the largest real estate projects in Qatar and the only project offering true freehold investment opportunities. The project has witnessed rapid growth and is widely seen as one of the most prestigious projects in the Middle East.

The Pearl-Qatar will eventually house approximately 42,000 residents in an up-scale, multi-cultural residential community which will be a secure and exclusive island retreat bringing the ambience and lifestyle of the Mediterranean to the heart of Arabia.
The four-phase development comprises 10 distinct districts to be developed over five years, with the first investors expected to take up residency in late 2007. The Riviera Arabia themed districts will house three luxury hotels, three marinas, with combined mooring for over 700 boats, and more than 2 million square feet of luxury retail, recreation and restaurant space.
As for villas, please be advised that prices include plots only and not the villa. We used to include the construction cost, yet lately and due to lot of changes in designs, we decided to give the * the option of designing and building his own villa.
Although if someone insists on getting our assistance on that, we’ll assist him for sure!
All plots must be handover before December 2006, when all the construction work shall begin for a max of 24 months. All villas’ owners are committed to the completion date “December 2008”.
Financing:
All kind of properties can be:
1- Cashed out.
2- Paid on quarterly installments.
3- Mortgage with the banks (even Qatari Banks). The mortgage can be up to 10 years max.
A 20% deposit is requested to register the property.
